Who we are

Karing Nest Services commitment to excellence begins with pre-hire screenings and background checks. Our rigid application process allows us to be selective. To meet the unique needs of our culturally diverse region, our agency employs numerous caregivers who are bilingual.

Our staff is dedicated to our patients and our community. Our Personal Care Aiders, Home Health Aiders, Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses provide acute, short, and long term care. Our services are personalized to meet the needs of our clients. The level of our home health care services contributes to the physical, psychological, and social well being of our patients.

Our professionals

Jamila Pyatt

Jamila Pyatt, Owner of Karing Nest Services. is a native of Charleston, SC and attended school in the Lowcountry.

As a young child, Jamila enjoyed encouraging and caring for elderly and sick people. As Jamila grew older, the desire to help the sick and housebound people increased and it became her passion.

That desire caused Jamila to become a health care specialist. Jamila attended P.A.T.C.H Career Institute to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.

As a Health care worker, Jamila has worked at the following organizations NHC HealthCare Charleston and Ashley Gardens Assisted Living & Memory Care.

She is married to Christopher they have four children and two grandchildren. She has worked as a Certified Nursing Assist for over 15 years. She acknowledges that her family is her greatest cheerleader.

Seeing her clients’ smile let her know that she is in the correct occupation. Jamila looks forward to sharing and exchanging smiles and other acts of kindness to families and their loved ones.

Patient satisfaction is our first priority. We will never send anyone to your home that would not be welcome in ours. Our personnel has the appropriate certificates, licenses and experience to provide personalized care.
